SOul Soup Sunday

A Day Retreat of Nourishment + Connection

Come as you are.

Leave nourished, connected, and inspired.

Have you ever felt like you’re doing the inner work alone? Like you’ve read the books, practiced the meditations, listened to the podcasts, but you’re craving real-life community with people who truly get it? That’s why we created Soul Soup Sunday.

“I ATTENDED A BREATHWORK SESSION AT SUSE AND SAM’S HOME AND IT IS AN EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET.

I had been experiencing a pretty intense low going into it and was struggling. This session was the gateway to shift me back to myself. Suse and Sam are so knowledgeable and I felt so supported. The experience allowed me to connect to my inner knowing, gave me the opportunity to acknowledge and release pain safely and was simply transformative. A week after the experience I am still feeling the ripple effects. Thank you Suse & Sam 💙”

— MICHELLE HENNESSEY

We (Suse + Sam) didn’t set out to build a “retreat.” We created Soul Soup Sunday because we were craving it ourselves. We wanted a place where people could come together and drop the masks. A space where wellness didn’t feel like a performance or a trend, but like coming home. A space where healing could happen in the ways it always has, through community, sharing, movement, nature, food, and presence.

So, we opened our home.

And what started as a simple gathering with breathwork, soup and conversation has become a powerful monthly ritual of connection, healing, and belonging.

“I recently participated in a breathwork ceremony facilitated by Suse, and I am still feeling the impact reverberating through my system.

She held the space with both skill, softness and spaciousness. Her knowledge and care were evident in every aspect of the experience, from the thoughtful flow of the session to the way she responded to each individual’s process. They created the kind of container where something sacred could truly unfold.

What happened for me in this session was profound. It is something I’ll carry for a long time, and could only have emerged in a space where skill and spirit were so beautifully interwoven. I’m deeply grateful, and I recommend their work wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a safe, transformative, and respectfully held breathwork journey.

Soul Soup Sunday is not just a “self-care day.”

It’s a Soul reset.

Here’s how we’ll spend our time together:

  • Cacao Ceremony – open your heart with this ancient plant medicine.

  • Somatic Breathwork Journey – release what’s heavy and reconnect with your body.

  • Community Share Circle – be witnessed, heard, and held in a safe space.

  • A Nourishing Meal – we’ll gather around the table with homemade soup and community offerings.

  • Nature Walk – reconnect to the earth, the season, and your own rhythms.

  • Poolside Lounging (weather/season permitting) – because integration also means rest and joy.

“I had such a fantastic experience with Suse’s breathwork session!

I’d never done such a thing before, and now I’m hooked. If you haven’t tried, it’s seriously a must. You leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world!”

— LIEAH CRUST

Soul Soup Sunday is for you if you’re:

  • Craving real community (beyond small talk and surface-level connections).

  • Longing to be around like-minded Souls who are on their own healing and self-development journeys.

  • Tired of “doing the work” alone and ready to feel supported in it.

  • Looking for a reset and a day to breathe, release, and reconnect to yourself.

Every time we’ve hosted Soul Soup Sunday, people leave with full hearts, new connections, and the sense that something deep has shifted.

Reminder:

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Your nervous system, your body, and your Soul need space to be nourished.
